This year, the ASMAC fall conference is being hosted by the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, MA on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Room Rate: $330.00 plus resort fee (2.5%) and taxes. The room block closes 9/5/2024

CLE CREDIT

The conference program is generally eligible for 10+ Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. ASMAC Applies for credit from the MCLE Board in Illinois. Attendees will receive a certificate of CLE credit showing that credit for the course has been approved in Illinois. Attendees will be responsible for applying for credit in their own state. FALL BUSINESS MEETING (VIRTUAL) - 10/16/2024 (no fee to attend)

All members are encouraged to attend the Annual Business Meeting. Virtual access to the meeting and meeting materials will be available in September prior to the meeting. 

COVID POLICY

Mask Wearing: Masks are welcome but not required. Members are reminded that this is a personal choice and the decision, either way, will be respected.

COVID-19 Testing: Conference attendees are encouraged to test for COVID-19 if they are exhibiting symptoms prior to or at any point during the conference.  While attending the meeting, attendees should not participate education sessions or activities they feel ill or test positive for COVID-19. 

Special Note: This guidance is subject to change. ASMAC will be monitoring public health and safety guidance prior to and during the conference. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy based on guidance, recommendations and/or requirements of the CDC, NIH, and Colorado Department of Public Health and Safety in effect at the time of the conference.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received before September 15, 2024, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative processing fee. Requests for refunds after September 15, 2024, will be considered on an individual basis following the meeting. Please include an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and upload supporting documents. Food and beverage guarantees are due to the Hotel on October 1, 2024, therefor cancellations and refund requests received after October 1 will not be refunded. Submit cancellation requests to ASMAC here.
