We ask for your help meeting these deadlines. If you are an ASMAC member, we encourage you to register for the meeting as soon as possible. This will give you access to member-only content and reservation links so you can get a room at the group rate. Nonmembers can click the button below to let us know what meals you plan to attend. PRESENTATION INFORMATION

PowerPoint presentation - Please submit your handouts/presentation in PDF/PPT/Word format. If you are planning on printing your own handouts, please contact us at [email protected] for information on how many handouts to print. Upload your slides here or email your presentation and any handouts you want shared with attendees to [email protected]. Handouts and presentations will be made available to attendees through the website. Please provide your handouts and presentations by the date provided to ensure availability prior to the conference.

  • Please use PowerPoint for your presentation 
  • Display ration 16:9
Presentation Suggestions:
  • Limit the amount of information on each slide.
  • Avoid red letters, which are difficult for some people to read. The best readability comes from high contrast of intensity. 
  • Rehearse your presentation prior to the conference.

 ASMAC will provide the following AV for sessions: 

  • Laptop
  • Projector
  • Screen
  • Slide advancer
  • Microphone

CONFERENCE AND SESSION INFORMATION

  • Sessions are generally 45 minutes to an hour long.
  • Please leave a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes for question, answer and discussion.
  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your presentation.
  • Set up in a large U-Shape with podium, head table, screen and projector at the end of the U.
